Countdown to Christmas Parade in Poplarville, MS!
As we count down to the Christmas Holiday, let us remember the reason for the season “Jesus” and be kind, giving and compassionate to those near and far. We have so many blessings to be thankful for and passing along just a little Christmas Cheer goes a long way to those who are less fortunate! Be safe & Blessed throughout the rest of this year!
Christmas Parade Friday, December 15, 2023 @ 5 pm – Join us for a fun filled weekend kicking off with our Christmas parade and our Grand Marshall Santa Clause. Hang around after the parade on Friday for pictures on the Town Green with Santa. NOTE: The parade ENDS at the traffic light. Highway 26 and Highway 11 WILL NOT be shut down for the parade.
To line up for the parade and to see the floats and catch candy, PLEASE line up on Larkin Smith and along Main Street ending at Morgan on Main graphics and design at the traffic light.
When the parade floats turn right at the traffic light, they will not be throwing candy or stopping they will be traveling back to Ramey’s where the parade originated!

Coordinated by the woman’s Club of Poplarville, MS in conjunction with the Poplarville Area Chamber of Commerce. Chili Cook Off Winner to be decided on December 16, 2023.
December 16, 2023, 10 am – 6 pm – Christmas on Main- A Jolly Jubilee –on the Town Green! Featuring a hot cocoa stand, holiday treats and holiday themed activities (s’mores, ornament decorating, face painting by JW Art, & many more surprises)! Christmas Decorating Contest Winners announced & awarded plus the Chili Cook Off Winner to be decided!
December 16, 2023 – Main Street Coffee Co. – Breakfast with the Grinch! 8 am – 10 am $20 per child $7 per adult plus tax Limited seating. Kids will receive a Grinch cup and growing heart.
